How it works
Daily news and bids
Every day the site reads MDOT's Notice of Advertisement for each upcoming letting and records each call (call number, contract ID, county, description). New lettings become data briefs automatically. State solicitations, legislation and agency rule changes are tracked by the editors, and original stories are written from at least two sources.
